Plan B and Birth Control: Understanding Effectiveness After Unprotected Sex

I just recently started taking birth control. Within the first seven days it takes to work, i had unprotected sex twice within 3 days. I took Plan B after the first time. Do i need to take another or does it cover the second time too?

It's been hard for me to find the answer to your question.  Most all the studies on Plan B have to do with sex that occurs before using it.  My best guess is that you're probably protected, since you're also on the pill.  For extra assurance, you could take the Plan B again, since I don't think anyone can say for sure that you're protected by Plan B that you took a day or two earlier.
