Depo Shot & Seasonal Birth Control: Mood Changes & Relief

I had been on the depo shot for approximatly a year than six months ago I switched to Seasonal.  I started to notice on the depo shot that I would cry for little to no reason, and now on these new pills I cry so easy.  I also get angry at the smallest thing and I had found myself getting into arguments over things I normally would laugh at.  Two weeks ago I stopped taking the pills and I feel like a fog has lifted and I am so happy that I am terrified to get back on any birth control pill or shot for fear that Ill become that angry sad person again. What would you suggest? Is there a different birth control that won't make me this way?

You have just proved to me that my research is correct. I never recommend any kind of hormonal birth control method. The only other thing is Natural Family Planning, condoms or abstinence.
