Pregnancy Chances Without Intercourse: Expert Advice

Question
Hi Norman, I have a question regarding possible conception. How high are the chances of conceiving when direct genital contact is made, but the man was never erect, did not ejaculate, and there was no insertion whatsoever. I am four months pregnant and I had two sexual encounters, one involving the conditions I just mentioned while being in a hot tub, and another (in a hot tub as well) but with full insertion and ejaculation.. our condom ripped. Both of these situations took place within a 5-day period and I've been stressing myself out for weeks which I know is not good for neither mine nor the babies health. I had read that pre-ejaculate on the vaginal area is risky enough to cause a pregnancy, which is why I'm stressing about the encounter with no insertion or ejaculation. I'll take all the help you have to offer.   Thanks so much, Mary F.

Answer
Hi Mary,
Pre-ejaculate that gets on the outside (no penetration) probably never causes pregnancy.  Even with penetration it's highly unlikely for pre-ejaculate to cause pregnancy.  In your situation I don't think there's any chance that you got pregnant from the guy who wasn't erect and didn't ejaculate.  Best wishes.
