Emergency Contraception & Post-Pill Symptoms: What to Know

Question
Hi! Id like to ask regarding ECP.
I had my menstruation last March 8. had an unprotected sex last March 18 and took Nordette 4 hours after the deed (4pm) then 12 hours (4am)after that. then by 7am i felt nauseous and throw up.
I bled a week after which is March 24 night until March 26 AM.
Its April 30 now and I havent got my menstruation yet.
Is there a possibility that Im pregnant? Im feeling breast tenderness for almost 2 weeks now.
What are the probably cause? thanks

Answer
Myra,

If you threw up, you could have thrown up the medication and so you could be pregnant. I can't tell you for sure online. You can go to a pregnancy resource center and get a free test there. Go to http://www.heartbeatservices.org and click on the worldwide directory. See if there is a center near you and contact them. Breast tenderness could be a pregnancy symptom. Is it not good if you are pregnant? Write to me by email at CHERYL51@aol.com and we can talk more privately. Hope to hear from you soon. I would like to know what happens in your situation.

P.S. There really is no such thing as protected sex. No birth control method is 100% safe in preventing pregnancy.
