Understanding Abortion Pill Effectiveness & Aftercare

Hi, my name's Kevin. I would just like to ask about the Abortion Pills (Misoprostol and Mifeprestone) if they would work successfully on a 3-4 Months Pregnant Lady (which is my girlfriend). And what if the success rate is quite high, what should I do on the "after care" procedure?
