Post-Medical Abortion Complications & Concerns: What to Expect

i have a medical termination at 7 weeks then after 3 weeks my pregnancy test was still positive and i was felling pregnant they send me back to the clinic.and there was a baby  the doctor dint told me but i so the scan it was very clear and after i ask the nurse.the next day i have a surgical abortion i dint bleed at all after that but after 6 day i start to have pain when back to the clinic 12 day after and still something inside don't know exactly what as he is not very clear he send me more abortion tablets i say no i thought i was going to  bleed to death last time.so he told me to go back in to weeks and see if it have come out couse he doesn't want to do me another surgical abortion i go pain every where.i worry am going get a infection and die.i thinking to see another doctor.ah he did send me antibiotics.
