Early Pregnancy Termination with Mifepristone and Misoprostol: What to Expect

I am 4 weeks pregnant.I took mifepristone 600mg and misoprostol 400 microgm after 36 hrs. 3-4 hrs after taking misiprostol, I experienced some cramps and spotting. And nothing after that. What might be the reasons? its 24 hrs after I took misoprostol.

Hi Sheela,

1. A pregnancy of 4 weeks is smaller than a grain of rice. It can be overlooked easily.
2. How did you know you were pregnant ?
3. You give no dates. When did you take the drugs ? Bleeding could start later also.
