AnswerHello, Mariam,
There are lots of things I want to address in your message. If you went for a D&C right after you missed your period, it is unlikely to have caused an abortion; it's too early. I need to know what pills and injections you received. It will be difficult to tell you much until I know that.
I also need to know how far along you were at the time you took these pills, and how long ago that was.
Most likely the pills they gave you after the D&C were for infection. They may also have been intended to cause the uterus to contract.
It is certainly unprofessional for a nurse to ask you to come to her house and then to provide pills for you. Only a doctor has a right to provide or prescribe pills. She was practicing medicine without a license. The situation suggests to me that she knows that the doctor doesn't do a good job a good part of the time.
How do you see discharge on the walls of your uterus? That puzzles me. You certainly should not be seeing this milky discharge unless you are not pregnant or fertile at the time. Otherwise, it could mean you do have an infection. You need to have it diagnosed, because it can cause serious damage.
There is absolutely no reason why you can't get an education while you are pregnant. How do I know? Because I did it. By the time I graduated from college, I had four children, three of them preschoolers. I gave birth to my older daughter during the semester, and got A's in my courses. What you need to do is find an organization in your area that will help you figure out how to complete your education even though you may be pregnant. To find one near you, please go to this web site:

I don't know if you are still pregnant or not, but whatever you do, don't do anything else to your body. Abortion is very dangerous no matter how it is done, and a very high percentage of women have permanent injury. If you cause yourself serious injury, you won't be finishing your education. The emotional problems could even cause you to lose interest in getting an education. It could cause far more serious emotional consequences as well. You deserve better than abortion. You also deserve to be free of the fear of pregnancy. You should refrain from having sex, because sex is for making babies, and any man who would take advantage of your body like that and put you at risk doesn't really care about you. He's just claiming he does, because he wants access to your body. Please think about these things.
Please let me know what happens, and feel free to ask any other questions you might have. Please stay safe.
