Common Areas Addressed by Massage Therapy: What to Expect

Question
hi, I'm a late 50s female and I've been seeing a male massage therapist for a couple of months, he has his own clinic and a website with testamonials and a string of qualifications including medical massage. He is Turkish and his English is not that great so asking questions is a little tricky.
He's been doing a full body massage (I've had shoulder and calf/feet problems) and I've enjoyed the massages and found them helpful. The last couple of times though I've noticed he has included the whole of my buttocks in the massage and has pulled down my panties without asking. The last time I just wondered slightly when he seemed to spend a long time massaging my buttocks and the cheeks got pulled apart quite a bit a number of times and I just felt slightly uncomfortable about that. How would I know if it was inappropriate? He does use a sheet to cover me and he usually does one buttock/leg and then the other but this time my buttocks were completely uncovered. I have no idea how to say anything about this or to ask a question. Thanks for your help.

Answer
Anything is  inappropriate, if youre uncomfortable. Find a new therapist, if you dont have the courage to tell him the truth. If you do have the courage, then just simply say, skip my glutes all together and focus on my legs and shoulders. Remember that youre the one paying for the session. You should not experience anything that makes you feel awkward .
