QuestionHi
Can you explain in detail all the different types of french manicures, and price ranges if you know? I've had an acrylic nail french manicure in the past but saw pictures on the wall of my beauty salon of others and would like to know how they're all done and what is the differences amongst them. Thank you.
AnswerDear Patty,
The following are the options available for french manicures
- A painted french on natural nails using polish
- A painted french on enhancements using polish
- A permanent french for Acrylics or UV Gel using either white coloured acryic or white coloured uv gel as the case may be for an overlay or a newly sculpted french
- An airbrushed french
- A new set of enhancements applied in any type system using french white tips.
It would be too complex and VERY LONG to explain all the differences to you. I'm sorry that I can't get into that. However, if there is one in particular that interests you, please let me know and I'll explain it further.
Prices vary at salons according to the technnician's experience & training, their costs of running a business (rent, insurance etc), and what products/systems they are using, time required to perform a task, etc.
Please contact me again for further information if need be.
This page on my site can tell you a little about the different systems:http://ongles-chez-victoria.tripod.com/victoriasnails/id16.html
best regards
