Wedding Makeup Guide for Indian Skin in Calcutta: Tips & Techniques

I need help regarding the make up that I should apply for my cousin's wedding in Calcutta (india ).I am an Indian and as you know,our weddings are set in the evening with lots of gorgeous bright dress and all.
I have oily skin though now that it is very dry winter,my skin often feels very much parched after washing it with a face wash( i use tea tree face wash from oriflame) or after applying a face pack(neem-tulsi herbal one).I am 22 and am neither fair,nor dark.Typical Indian skin tone..may be a bit light.It's my cousin sister's wedding in 10days' time.I will be wearing a maroon gold sequin saree.I have short hair and i am slightly on the heavier side.How should I do the make-up?Please guide me on the make-up.My eyes and lips are my best features.I would love to highlight them.ALso my facial features are sharp.I have a pimple prone skin.Just got a facial done yesterday.Please give me tips for make up.I want to look really gorgeous on that evening.thanks in advance!

I would use a pinkish gold blush like Nars Orgasm blush- its a great color.  For your eyes, I would do a top liquid liner in black a little cat-like with a gold toned eyeshadow and mix in a little pink too... or find a pinkish gold color with a light shimmer.  For lips I would keep them light and shiny, sheer and in the same colors (a pinky goldish color) as well for continuity.   Put the blush on the apples of your cheeks to fill them out a little, it will help mellow out any sharpness in your features.
