Blackhead Removal: Effective Tips Beyond Pore Strips

I have some blackheads on my nose, and I try to use pore strips. I usually use a facial scrub and steam my face a little before I use the strips. I follow the directions, but they never seem to work. I can squish them out with my fingers right after I take off the strip! Are there any special tips that I'm missing? Only like one or two blackheads ever come out.

I like to use a clay mask aat least once a week, twice in the summer because I live in a muggy area. Also seeing an esthetician who can use an extractor and a magnifying lamp to work on getting them out can help, for my patients who are only concerned about extractions I offer a "steam and extract" at a reduced price so it's a little cheaper than a facial, I just steam their faces and extract them, no fluff. Although don't get me wrong a full facial feels great and has many skin benefits.
This is a tough one, because I also struggle with constant blackheads, and using my extractor on them every so often helps, but it seems near impossible to get 100% of them. I don't have any special tips or tricks other than that. Sorry I fell like I wasn't much help.
