Swollen, Pus-Filled Bumps on Face: Causes & Professional Advice

i recently developed bumps that are making my face swell. I have a history of acne and am 23. My face is itchy, pus filled, swollen around the cheeks,and now my skin is scarred and the above is still there. What can i do to solve this skin condition?

You should see a dermatologist immediately.  There could be a number of internal or external reasons for your condition.  It is not something anyone other than a doctor should attempt to help you with.  Surely no-one online.  This needs medical attention.
