Acne Pimple   I keep getting these bumps, pimples. Are they acne bumps? Is there a way I can get rid of them?

Its hard to tell by the photo. Analyzing your skin in person would give me a better idea. If it is acne facial products with salicylic acid and vitamin C work well in clearing acne. You can also check with an esthetician and dermatologist. An esthetician would be able to perform extractions if it is acne. If is is something else or if you have concerns I would check with your dermatologist.
