Master Cleanse (Day 1, 2 and 3):

Day one, two and three comprise cleansing of the entire system by drinking lemonade only. This is why it is also called the Lemonade Diet. You are supposed to have nine glasses of lemonade made of cayenne pepper, lemon and grade B type Maple Syrup. Though typical to taste, you get used to it. But however it is difficult to survive day one and tolerate the lemonade for dinner.

Every morning you are also supposed to look into the mirror and drink a glass of “Salt Water Flush” which is going to help your digestive system. However things eventually get better by the second and third day and solid food does not tempt.

Cheat Day (Day 4):

There is one of the days of diet where you can have food of your choice for a meal. Though your system becomes accustomed to the lemonade cleanser, you find that the appetite comes back where you eat just normal to fill your stomach. From this day, you are off the lemonade cleanser.

Healthy Food (Day 5 and 6):

In these days you are supposed to eat only healthy food for 4 times a day. You have to control the temptations of your favorite food and stick to apple, oatmeal biscuits, healthy tea and other such non fatty foods.

Post Pregnancy Food (Day 7 and 8):

The toughest part of the entire plan is these two days. You can eat a lot of food, but those that are consumed by mothers post delivery. These comprise of a lot of non-spicy and boiled green vegetables only. This may sound interesting, but it becomes nearly impossible to swallow the food after you have it for the second time in the day. But this is the part where the weight loss actually shows and thus, is a motivator.

Normal Diet (Day 9 and 10):

On the ninth day, you can start with having salads which include a lot of vegetables and a non fattening dressing. These will keep you energetic and your stomach full. On the tenth day, your diet regime is complete and you feel fresh and much younger from inside.
