Scrape stubborn or caked-on material, minerals or burnt food using a single-edge scraper equipped with a clean razor blade. Hold the scraper at a 45-degree angle when pushing it across the hob surface to avoid scraping or gouging the surface.
Use a clean cloth to remove any leftover residue and cleaner from the hob surface.
