  • Chopped Tomatoes

How To Make?

  1. Add olive oil and cumin seeds in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste to it. Cook until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes to it. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour water into the pan. Add chopped carrot and grated pumpkin to it. Mix with vinegar and salt.
  5. Cook for 45 minutes.

  • Ginger garlic paste

How To Make?

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste to it. Cook till onions become golden brown.

  4. Add turmeric powder, salt, dhania powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice and a little sugar. Mix well.

Ingredients:

  • Besan
  • Finely grated pumpkin
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder

How To Make?

  1. Mix besan, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and grated pumpkin to make dough.
  2. Make small Kofta balls using dough.
  3. Fry them in oil.
  4. Take oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and onions to it.
  5. Cook till the onions turn brown.
  6. Add tomatoes, water and green chillies to it.
  7. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the gravy. Mix well.
  8. Add fried Kofta balls and cook for 20 minutes.

  • Chopped green pumpkin
  • Gram dal
  • Grated coconut
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Salt
  • Chopped onion
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder

How To Make?

  1. Cook chopped green pumpkin and gram dal in a cooker.
  2. Mash the mixture. Add grated coconut, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and green chillies to it.
  4. Transfer mashed pumpkin and gram dal to the pan.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Green pumpkin slices.

  • Mustard seeds

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste to it. Cook for 2 minutes.
