I AM A 14 YEAR OLD GIRL THAT IS ABOUT TO GO INTO HIGHSCHOOL AND I REALLY DON'T WANT TO WALK THROUGH THOSE DOORS THE WAY I AM NOW....SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?????I WEIGH 255-260 POUNDS AND I AM AN AVERAGE OF ABOUT 5'5-5'6 AND I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP....I WAS HOPING TO LOSE ABOUT 50 OR MORE POUNDS BY THE TIME I GO BACK TO SCHOOL....SO WILL YOU PLEASE HELP ME..I DON'T WANT TO BE MADE FUN OF AGAIN!

I am so sorry, but at 14, the best people to talk to are your parents and doctor.  Please talk to your family doctor!  She/He will be able to help you quite a lot.  Weight loss is a slow process and it is IMPOSSIBLE to lose 50 pounds in 7 weeks in a healthy way.  To see those results will take a long term commitment and proper nutrition.  You can do it, I have faith in you.  Please just talk to your doctor and/or parents further.
