QUESTION: I am 18.

I have been playing tennis regularly after college classes for about a year now.

But before that I played for high school so its a constant activity.

I usually play from 11:00 to about 12 or so.

I drink some water, probably not as much as I should.

About a large glass a day.

Answer
Sorry I forgot to ask what you EAT on a typical day?
I am so sorry for all this back and forth.
One large glass of water is nowhere near the amount you should be drinking.  I gather your urine is bright yellow, that is not a good thing.  Your kidneys are working in overdrive as you are dehydrated all day long.  You need 8 cups (2 liters) a day at minimum, especially with your activity.  Believe it or not this will also help you lose weight.
