The best place to go is to the website of the National Kidney Foundation (www.kidney.org). Type in the orange search box (top right hand corner) "potassium low foods". Find useful lists there and lots of other information on how potassium low foods can become high and high become low (for different preparation methods amongst other things) and other useful info.
