I would like to know which alcoholic drinks when taken occasionally 1-2 times a week not burden me with excess calories(beer,whisky,gin,wine etc).Is low alcohol or alcohol free beer really less fatenning?
i would not like to add on calories but 1-2 social rounds of drinks are inevitable.

Thank you for your nutrition question. Drinks such as whisky, gin and wine contain more calories then regular beer since they more concentrated. The best choice would be light beer or alcohol free beer because they are lower in calories. Having 1-2 social rounds of drinks is alright as long as it does not become a daily habit.
