QuestionI was wondering if you know of any sites that have 1500 calorie per day intakes that are pretty well rounded (all food groups, wont leave your stomach empty) any other information you are willing to provide will be greatly appreciated!

May I suggest that instead of counting calories you focus on the quality of what you eat and the quantity will take care of itself. When you get what you need, you don't overeat. When you eat flavored packing materiial, you stay hungry and keep on eating. Metabolism changes with activity, stress, amount of sleep and so forth.
