QuestionWhat is a daily calorie deficit? Mine is 2,154 but I don't know what it means? Thanks :)
AnswerWow, that's a HUGE deficit!
Calorie deficit is basically the difference between what you eat and how much you burn.
If you eat 2000 calories a day, and you burn 2500, you have a 500 calorie deficit, and will lose weight.
To burn one pound of body weight, you need a deficit of 3500 calories.
So if your deficit is 2154, you're burning a pound of body weight off every day and a half. That's INSANE.
