QuestionHi, i am 15 years old, and i have tired some diets to help me lose weight. So far I havent really lost anything real, and it has been almost a year now. I do excerise, and I just really want to know, what type of diet would be good for a teenager?
AnswerHi Alejandra! If the diets you have tried haven't worked, then they are not good diets, or you have a problem with motivation (staying on the diet). Go to www.oygenmag.com, which is a female fitness site---they will give you all the info you need for teen health and fitness---read their forums, articles, etc. I can not possibly answer your question in this one answer, as there is too much information, but this site is all you need---you will find everything there!
