Thanks for taking time to answer, how many calories should i consume to get from 240lbs to 220lbs my particulars are:
Height 6'3
Weight:240
AGE:36
Job:sitting most of the time
Exercise:90-120 minutes 5 times a week
Goal:220 maybe less
