Thanks for taking time to answer, how many calories should i consume to get from 240lbs to 220lbs my particulars are:

Height 6'3
Weight:240
AGE:36
Job:sitting most of the time
Exercise:90-120 minutes 5 times a week
Goal:220 maybe less

any help you can give me would be greatly appriciated!

  Thank you for your nutrition question.  In order to lose 1-2lbs per week you should be eating about 2,448 calories a a day. You want to lose the weight gradually because permanent weight loss is a much healthier option.  Quick weight loss is rarely permanent.
