Is Trail Mix Really Healthy? A Nutritional Breakdown

My friend ate an entire 4lb bag of trail mix (peanuts, almonds, cashews, M&Ms, raisins) in the course of 9 days.  He claims that it is healthy to do so.  Is he right?

Dear Gino, The nuts are healthy if eaten in moderation, but the M&M's and dried fruit are not. Also your friend would have had to run a marathon or would have had to gone hiking to burn off all that digested fat and carbohydrate.
