QuestionOk so im 19 and ive been overweight for almost my whole life. im so sick of it and i really am serious this time about loosing weight. i was just wondering how much exercise i need to do in a weeks period to start loosing weight.

it's not the exercise that will lose the fat
You must concentrate on your daily meals. Each one should be a correct balance of protein/quality carbs and good fats. Then you must take in adequate amounts of minerals and vitamins.
No amount of exercise will keep you fit and healthy unless you first adjust your diet...oh, and by the way- dieting will definitely not work either.
Jenn, one of the most common complaints I get when I visit clients at their gyms is they have been exercising more and eating less, yet they have put on fat.
