Healthy Eating for Energy, Metabolism & Weight Loss | 6'3", 230 lbs
QuestionMy diet sucks. I know this. recently I have decided that what i put in my body will now consist of only healthy (with limits) food. What common grocery store items will increase my energy (as i am always tired), Increae my metabolism (as I could lose a few), and make me feel better? I am 6' 3 " and 230 pounds. i felt my best at 190 pounds and I would like to get down to 200. Any help would be greatlty appreciated. Please be specific.
