Hi,

I am a 23 year old male and since i gave up playing football i have conitnued to gain wait, but only on my chest and belly. I am now totally out of shape and am desperate to shed the fat which has built up in these areas. Would it be possible for you to suggest a dietry/excercise plan for me to lose weight predominantly in these areas over the next three months or so? Id be very very grateful. Many thanks, Joe
