Hello Mrs. Ottevanger my name is Antoine.  I feel bad because I don't know what to eat. I'm 5'11 1/2 280lbs and feel very insecure of my weight.I eat fruits but I don't know which fruits are good for me and which ones produce energy. So thank you because I feel very bad.

Any raw, fresh fruit. Any non-starchy vegetable, raw or slightly cooked. Whole grains. A small amount of protein. Lots of plain water.

Avoid going around hungry, avoid empty food that leaves you hungry, it is nothing but calories.

Get your body in motion, 5 minutes here, 7 minutes there, for 30 minutes a day.

Take postive actions, one day at a time and start feeling good about yourself. That will raise your metabolism.
