Healthy Weight Range for a 12-Year-Old Girl (152cm)

I was just wondering if you knew how much an 11 year old girl turning 12 should weigh.
Her height is 152cm

There is quite a range depending on activity level, bone density, percentage of muscle weight, etc.  But I would give a range of about 45-55 kg.  If a girl is below this range, or above, take a look at her diet to see if she is eating 3 meals a day (plus snacks when needed), consuming plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains as well as low fat dairy products, and if there is an excessive amount of sweets and fats (candy, soda, cookies, etc) being consumed.  That is the best place to start bringing a healthy diet into line.  Weighing too little or too much is often an indication of a diet that is out of line.
