Weight Loss: Running & Abdominal Exercises for a Slimmer Waist

Dear Sir,
    I am 27 year old. Working in A firm as a Asst. Manager Import, since last year i am facing the problem of weight increasing, but it all to my abdominal Area, I an dam busy but i can manage a long running or jogging for weight reduction. Please let me know how much should i run throughout a week? As I am also conscious in diet no oil no meat, while i take chicken in diet two day in a week. Please help me i want to reduce as i was slim and fit person before.

I get asked this question all the time.  The bottom line is: you can't spot reduce belly fat.  Just like you can't drain the deep end of a pool first, you can't reduce belly fat until all of the rest of the fat is off your body.
