Hi Judy. Here is a list of some foods where you can get B vitamins.

Just a quick insight, you mentioned "B complex" then B6 and B12. B complex is a combination of all the Bs. B actually is not a vitamin but rather a grouping of 8 unique nutrients.

B6- Sources: Potatoes, bananas, beans, peanuts, avocado, walnuts

B12- Sources: salmon, beef, tuna, eggs, clams, crab
