QuestionHi,
I am an obese, as in am very fat with big tummy. I always walk for 20 kilometres on a daily basis for the last five years. Surprisingly, nothing seems to change in my size, especially my bulging tummy. Yes I do eat alot of food, mostly junk type, but thought after such a rigorous exercise a day would reduce my weight.
Also do yu know of a kind of exercise that can reduce tummy.

Also, to make sure I understand correctly - you walk 20 km EVERY day??? Do I understand you correctly? If so, how long does it take you?
Also, why do you eat mostly junk food? What prevents you from eating better?
