History of Hyderabad Lac Bangles: Origins & Craftsmanship

The lacquer bangles of Hyderabad, are very famous. When and how did the lacquer bangle making industry came to Hyderabad? I know bangles were made in Hyderabad since many centuries, but since when did the people of Hyderabad started using lac as a medium for making bangles in Hyderabad? Is it true, that this art travelled from Jaipur to Hyderabad if so, in which year etc.,  Thanks in advance!

The Art of making Lacquer Bangles originated in Rajasthan & later travelled throughout the unpartitioned India. I do not know the exact year when it reached Hyderabad & I without any writings or searching for mentions in history, it might be very difficult to determine it.
You might want to contact historians to learn more about its migration.
