Hi Anguis,

A good photo but it looks like it could be any number of stones. The photo does not give me any indication without some more information. Does Light pass through it, where did you get it , what did they tell you it was and a lot more. I would need to hold it and test it to tell you what it is. Thanks for asking but not enough to go on,
