Wedding Makeup Artist: Is It Worth It?

Hi--I actually have a silly question.  I have heard of bride's having a make-up artist do their make up before the ceremony.  Is this a good idea?  I feel like I do my make up pretty well, but I don't wear base and I was wondering if it is worth getting someone to do my make up or if it is just a waste of money?

If you are comfortable doing your own make-up, then go ahead and do it. You have to feel good on your wedding day and if someone doesn't do your make-up right , then you will feel uncomfortable and won't enjoy your day. I hope this helps!
