  • – Send “save the date” cards to your guests 7-12 months before your wedding day (the sooner the better) so they can plan air travel. Check out some “save the date” cards on InvitationsByWedgewood Weddings.com.
  • – Let guests know ahead of time if they are invited to attend the rehearsal dinner, after party or a morning breakfast/brunch. They’ll need to factor these into their travel plans as well!
  • – If you have a lot of out-of-town guests, book a block of rooms at a nearby hotel. If you have a hotel night in your Wedgewood Weddings package, you can book guest rooms at the same hotel.
  • – Set up a wedding website with hotel, travel, and event information so guests can refer back it.
