Tacheal Stenosis in Infants: Diagnosis & Treatment - Expert Guidance

Question
My son is two and a half Tetrology of Fallot, he was intubated for l0 weeks duration starting when he was eight weeks old. His throat just seems closed, he refluxes on occasion and therefore avoids food. He now has a dry, wheezing cough. Who is the best person in the country to diagnosis this condition and who is the best person to fix it? Thank you.

Answer
I don't think there is a single best person in the country.... I would have him seen by a children's hospital program that does some of the specialty respiratory work with children.... there are multiple programs in all the big cities in the country... I would talk to your pediatrician locally and see where he/she refers for the complicated illnesses.
