AnswerHi Lata,
Unfortunately you cannot reduce fat on just one area of the body. It doesn't work that way. When our bodies burn off stored body fat they do it from everywhere, not just one place. Doing exercises for thigh muscle strengthens the muscles, and will burn fat, but i will burn fat from everywhere. Exercising a muscle does not effect the fat surrounding it.
You can lose fat by getting more exercise and eating less. If you have a problem with waking you could try using a rowing machine or an elliptical machin, where your thighs would not be touching. Also swimming. For diet you dot have to do anything drastic. Just make small reductions in your portions and make healthy choices.
If I can help more, please let me know.
