Questionsorry for very long question..
i have been doing this diet and hard workout schedule more than two month now.. and i have gained 7 pound of weight..
my weight is 124 pound and height is 5.4..
i am vegetarian.. i dont eat meat,checkan,ans sea food..
but i do eat milk product..
my weekdays diet plan is following.
morning - i eat one grapefuite and one cup fat free milk unsweetend tea.
mid morning- i eat one apple or pear
lunch - i eat 1 1/2 or 2 cup mix fruits like strawberries,papaya or plum with one hand full almond with walnut
after lunch snake- i eat some times one orange or one apple..
dinner- i eat 2 cups of vegetable soup(kale,onion,carrot,sqash,zukini) and 1 1/2 cup non fat yogurt and 1/2 cup bean
some times after dinner snake- i eat 10 to 12 almond.
in weekend .. i try not eat sugery stuff . but when we have party..i eat one piece cake and some starchy carb..
but other than i eat cereal and not fat milk or salad with fat free dressing with tortila chips..
my workout is following for a week..
monday at lunch time i do step class on high impact for 1 hour and 20 minute tonning on machines
monday after my work i dont kickboxing class for 45 minutes
tuesday at lunch time - i walk on tredmill on high hill 13 for 45 minute and another 20 minute tonning on machines
tuesday after work i do step class on high impact for 45 minutes
wednesday at lunch time - i go for strenght and tonning (work on ball,with weights for arms, sqats,lunges exercise) for 1 hour
wednesday after my work- i go for kick boxing class.
thursday at lunch time - i walk on tredmill on high hill 13 for 45 minute and another 20 minute tonning on machines
thursday after work i do step class on high impact for 45 minutes
friday at lunch time - i walk on tredmill on high hill 13 for 45 minute and another 20 minute tonning on machines
friday after work i do step class on low impact for 45 minutes
on saturday i dont go for workout .. but i do my house cleaning and go for shoping..
and on sunday i go for walking for hours,but not regularly..
these are my diet and work out.. i dont know what i am missing and what i am doing wrong..
i am on lostrin 24 FE brithcontrol pill.. and doctor told me that is very low dose birthcontrol pill.
please advice me on my work out and diet plan..i am very hard working people.. but i get disappointed when i dont even see pound differnce or inch differnce..
Do you think Am i eating more nuts which has protein and fat that's why i have gained weight..
Can you please let me know vegetarian protein source to loose weight..
my goal is 110 pound..
if you can set up my diet and work out for a week would be really appriciated..

Looks like you have a pretty good eating and workout schedule.
No in terms of you gaining 7 pounds, I have to ask...
Do you know what your body fat percentage is?
knowing your body fat percentage will give you a better indication as to whether your gaining fat or lean muscle.
The workouts and your eating seem pretty good, just make sure you're working out at a high intensity to see changes in your body.

Muesli
Egg, boiled
