Seeking Informational Answers: Questions on Human Physiology & Breast Secretions

Hello,
For certain reason i wana ask u some questions,although they are not direclty related to ur field, but u can answer me from ur experience.
My question is that How much vaginal fluid is produced by a women when she feels hot?
MY second question is that if someone sucks a  breasts of nonpregnant and nonlactating lady for one hour daily,would her breasts will begin to secrete milk?
My third quesion is if someone sucks male breasts for porlonged period of time as mentioned above.Will gynecomastia develop in that male, and whether male breast begin to secrete milk or not?
   I m a medical student and i have asked these question just for knowledge.

Some women produce more vaginal secretions than other women. There is no standard volume of vaginal fluid that is produced when a woman is excited. There are women who have excesses in fluid even when they are not in a state of excitation.  Breast milk is secreted via the action of two hormones: Prolactin, which is the hormone that causes lactation (the production of milk), and Oxytocin, which is the hormone that "lets down" the milk. Without these hormones, there is no lactation and even with constant stimulation of the breasts (sucking) milk will not flow. One cannot stimulate production of Prolactin by merely sucking on the breasts. Gynecomastia is not caused by sucking on the breasts and a man cannot secrete milk without prolactin and ducts that can deliver the milk (which is not present).
