i have a white chalky substance that comes out when ever me and my husband are intimate i have tried monistat several times but nothing worked i am 26 years old and i have never had a problem like this what could it be please help me

Usually, a white cheesy discharge that itches is indicative of a yeast infection and Monistat 7 works well to relieve it. (Monistat 3 does not work as well). Another medication that works well is Diflucan (150mg once). HOwever, if the Monistat did not relieve your discomfort, it may not be a yeast infection. There is no way I can diagnose it via E mail. YOu will have to make an appointment with your gyn and check it out.
