QuestionI rcently had an ultrasound on February 23. I was told I was 24 weeks pregnant which came as a shock to me as my last menstrual period was in december. However, my question is, if I am 24 weeks pregnant, doesn't that make my date of conception somewhere around labor day? I am arguing with my ex-boyfriend who claims he cannot be the father, and I have not been with anyone else. Thank you for your time.

Yes - if they had you at 24 weeks on 2/23, then you'd be 25 weeks today (3/2). That would date a LMP of approximately 9/7/2006 and an estimated conception date of 9/22. (Estimated due date of 6/15/07.)
