my plug came away 24hour ago is this save for my baby i have group b strep and my baby is due in 6 weeks time

Losing your mucous plug does not increase your chances of infection from any source.  The amniotic sac is what forms the primary barrier between your baby and the outside world, not the mucous plug.  To further reduce your risks of infection, you can also decline internal exams, which tend to push the GBS bacteria from the entrance of your vagina up toward the cervix.
