Understanding Early Ultrasound Results & hCG Levels

Question

4 1/2 weeks ultra soun my first u/s at 4 1/2 weeks. my hcg level at 4 weeks was 14,000. there was some confusion if one or two were seen... I see two. I am attaching two copies of my iv/u/s.

I have no idea what these pictures are that you sent. I am sorry, but I can only see one and it doesn't look like an ultrasound pic. I don't think your HcG is that high that it might indicate twins. You will have to just wait and see. Sorry, the waiting game is very nerve racking. Good luck to you!!
