I am soo happy to have come across this website.
I need some serious advice - I am a blubbering / emotional wreck at the moment!
The scenario goes:
I got back with my partner on the 31st Jan and I had my LMP on the 2nd February (I had come off pill in early Jan so not sure if my cycle would have been regular though normally it is - approx 30 days!)
Found out I was pregnant on the 17th March - I was suffering with very bad constipation (the pain was that severe that I thought I was miscarrying) my Dr did an internal and confirmed I was pregnant (I had a feeling I was a week or so before). She said I was about 6 weeks.
The issue is I had unprotected sex with someone else on the 28th Feb - I was very drunk and stupid (we used the withdrawal method) but I am concerned that there is a chance the baby could be his.I have had unprotected sex with my partner throughout our time together......
I have worked out my "Ovulation" dates (going on LMP) and they say from the 12th - 17th Feb was my most fertile time - my partner and I had sex 30-01, 06-02, 12-02, 14-02, 15-02, 21-2, 28-2, 01-03, 04-03 - sorry too much info. I have spoken to my Nurse who says I was pregnant before I had my one nigth stand - If I think about when I actually did the deed and when I went to the Dr's I would have only been "really" 2 weeks pregnant - surely you would not know you were pregnant?!?!.....
Now I felt confident that the other chap was not the father going on LMP / ovulation period / we use withdrawal method
UNTIL................
I had my dating scan on the 1st May which indicated I was 11+2. And then I had my 20 week scan at 18 weeks on the 17th June. So this would give me a EDD 18th November - this made me question when my conception date would be (going on my LMP the 9th November would have been EDD)
I have looked at measurements by researching on the web and everything indicates that it would be my partners:
12 (I would have been 11+2) week scan: web size - 4cm, actual 4.6cm, if other chap 2cm
20 week scan (I would have been 18 weeks): web size - 14-15cm, actual 14.2cm, other chap 10-11cm
now the thing that is geting to me is that going on my scan dates and EDD date my ovulation period changes to late Feb to early March which would indicate there is a chance that the other chap could be the Father
My last check up was Monday 12 Oct - my fundal height is approx 32cm wich I assume is the size of the baby in the womb?! I am 35+1 today (Thursday)
Help please......I am tearing myself up with this......
Can you offer some HONEST advice.....

With all the information you've provided, it looks fairly clear that your partner is the father. Early ultrasound between 8-10 weeks is the most accurate way to date a pregnancy - it gets less and less accurate as time passes, being off by up to a week or more in either direction.
Even given the later estimates of due dates, you still would have ovulated before the 28th, meaning that your partner would be the father.
While there's always a chance it could be the other man, since you had unprotected intercourse (the "withdrawal method" isn't an actual or effective form of birth control), it's a slim chance at best.
