i asked doct on first u/s when she thought i conceived she said june 5/6.
i made a bad mistake on the 12th and hope that didnt get me pg.
i know there is no 100 percent way but a test but what do you think by the information i have..
i also had my 20 weeks still giving same due dates!

ANSWER: Hi Stacy,
All of the information you gave makes it very clear that you conceived June 4.
An hCG level of 923 is not possible 10-11 days after conception. Even levels in that timeframe with twins are lower.
Both 1st trimester ultrasounds and your 20 week ultrasound confirm the early June conception date as well.
Your hCG level and your ultrasounds would have shown very different results if you had gotten pregnant on June 12.
And your doctor thinking that you conceived June 5/6 fits in too - sperm can live 3-5 days in the vaginal track so you might have actually conceived a day or two after you had sex.
I hope that helps put your mind at ease!

QUESTION: (thanks! i also have the measurments on my u/s pics the first one was 6 weeks 2 days on july 6..(0.45 cm) and heartrate of 132.. now i figured if i was pregant from the june 12 date i probably would not have seen a heartbeat that high/soon. i would have been about 5 weeks 2 days.
and on my 10 weeks ultrasound on july 30 it was (3.14 cm) and i know you deduct two weeks and when i count up it falls dead on june 4th.. i have been soooo stressed and boy did i learn my lesson...
and do you think vaginal ultrasound are more accurate because both of them were both vaginal done on same machine by same doct.
thanks and let me know what you think!
also i guess the betas are alil bit help also i lurk all over the pregnacy boards looking at hcg betas and day past ovulation and only saw a few high end ones and never none that high 11 days after sex. and those two days were the only days i had sex
AnswerYes, the information from the ultrasound confirms even more that you probably conceived June 4/5 - it is very rare to see a hr at 5 weeks.
Vaginal ultrasound is the best way to see an embryo earlier on, so for an early ultrasound it's the clearest way to see what's going on.
The betas really do make it very clear though that you did not conceive June 12, and the betas combined with the ultrasound clearly support a June 4/5 conception date.
Sincerely,
