Answer
Can you provide me with the pathology report of your lumpectomy? You can copy it here. I need it to do as good a job as possible in evaluating your prognosis. You are over 40 years of age and you have undergone chemotherapy. It is possible that you will get your menstruations back but it is not certain so I can not tell you that you will or when it will. If it comes back it will not affect your prognosis. Your breast however will become more normal over time. It may become completely normal or almost so. More than that is not possible to say. It should be protected from ultraviolet light in the future though. For question no. 4 please see what I wrote at the top here.
