Birth Control Options for Active Young Women: Risks & Considerations

I am twenty year old college student and currently dating.Considering I'm extremely sexually active what would be the best birth control method for me at my age?

Answer
Abstinence is the only thing I recommend for a single girl.  No birth control method is 100% effective.  

There are serious health and emotional risks to being sexually active and also to taking the pill or the shot or the patch.  You are playing with fire.  And I have no suggestions.
